Menu Plan Monday

I've been fighting a bad head cold since Friday but still tried to make the best of the weekend! It was a great mix of relaxation and productivity! What a week with weather this is planning on being! I'm hoping we'll be able to take the boys to fireworks on Tuesday night, but as of right now...it's not looking good :( Thursday we'll celebrate 4th of July with fun,pasta salad, corn, steamers,steak & lobsters, friends & family! Enjoy your week!!

Monday: Chop Suey
Tuesday: Monterey Chicken
Wednesday: Herb Mustard Grilled Pork Chops
Thursday: Happy 4th of July!!! Lobsters & Steak
Friday: Takeout :)

    I hope you're feeling well enough to attend the fireworks. It's a bummer to be sick during the holidays.
    Wow! You and your family are having a wonderful July 4th meal. Maine lobster is one of my favorite indulgences.
