iPhone Friday

Still recovering from the craziness of Halloween week!

1. On Sunday before Peter's last soccer session, Adam & Emma came over to play and have lunch.

2. Peter and his friend Maddie in goal at soccer. This year was very successful!

3. Dressed as a Fireman for his school Halloween parade.

4. I got this from Katelyn this week and I love it! Peter with his aunts on his date night :)

5. Jack and his daycare buddy Colin painting pumpkins. 

6. Wednesday night Katelyn & I had a Halloween movie night! The Craft and The Goonies! New annual tradition :)

7. I dressed as Jessie when Kristen and I took the kids trick or treating during the day!

8. Halloween night all dressed up! I was a fire chief with my fire fighters!

9. Best shot we could get on a rainy Halloween night. The boys outfits made it impossible to get a shot without their reflective gear showing up!

iPhoto Friday!

It's been forever! Since that Friday that Jack went into the hospital, I haven't made a Friday post! I had it ready to go last week but forgot to hit publish! It's been such a crazy two months around here but things seem to be settling down and it's nice to be getting back in the routine! We had a great time with friends tonight starting with Halloween on Main St. and ending with pizza at our place :)

  1. We took the boys to Open Gym at Maine Academy last Friday, they love when we go!

4. Loving fall and am sad that I am seeing signs of it ending.

5. We had a fun night over at our friends, The Walters house! LOL, this is towards the end of the night :)

6. Date night for Peter with his Aunt's❤ He went with his Aunt's to the Congin Book Fair and asked to wear a "straight thing". Glad I figured out he meant a tie :)

7. Jack wasn't lonely since Sara came to visit!

8. Was very excited to go to Halloween on main St. tonight, haha.

iPhoto Friday!

What a rainy week! Lots of pictures this Friday :)

1. Ethan came over to play with the boys on Saturday morning, he brought munchkins and these two quickly got to work :)

2. While the hubbys were hunting, Bethany and I had an unexpected, enjoyable afternoon with the kids in Boothbay Harbor :)

3. On Sunday, Peter started soccer. Opening day, he scored 4 goals!

5. On Monday, he started preschool! He was so excited to go!

6. Jack was very sad when we dropped him off at school but I managed to get a picture of them all smiles before we left.

7. Monday night while Daddy was hunting we enjoyed a Friendly's dinner with Nonni!

8. Ice cream for a great first day of school :)

9. When I got home, set up began for the daycare's grandparent luncheon. 22 grandparents and it was a wonderful!

10. Brotherly love, melts my heart :)

11. On Wednesday, September 11th, Pete and I went to see a documentary on Canter Fitzgerald's loss on 9/11. It was moving and the appropriate way to end the day.

12. Working together with the iPad.

13. Tonight Grammy joined us with  to watch the movie, Wings, and some silliness on the iPad.

iPhone Friday!

Another busy week!! I hit the ground running at 6am and on a good day....slow down about 9pm! I just seem to not have enough time in the day!!!

1. I had SO MUCH FUN with my NEC peeps at Jamie's wedding. It was so great to spend time with everyone :)

2. Any time I can spend with this girl... I just love :)

3. After a few cocktails, Pete and I had some photo booth fun!

4. We ended back from NH Sunday to celebrate MacKenna's 2nd birthday!

5.We had plans to spend Labor Day at Funtown...but then it rained. So we had a fun day with Ben, Bethany, Mackenna, Kyle & Sara going out to breakfast, a stop at Cabela's and while the boys shot their bows and the kids napped, we got to enjoy a chick flick :)

6. One of our neighbors has an old 1950's car that we call Doc Hudson. He let Peter and some of the daycare kids check it out the other day!

7. It was pizza club night! The kids enjoyed a bike ride around the Varney's neighborhood after we ate.

9. It rained again on Thursday, so we had some fun with the parachute!

I haven't posted all week. It's been a busy one. The summer has been great but fall arrived on Monday with all the kids coming back full time to the daycare. I've been wiped out all week.. I didn't even take many pictures!

1. My sister Nicole made a surprise solo trip down on Saturday night and got to enjoy some time with her :)

2. While Pete & Peter went to Funtown on Sunday with Ben & Connor, Jack and I spent the day on the lake with Nonni & Poppi.

3. Everyone's back! Busy week but lots of fun!

4. Jack being Jack. This is how he wanted to ride in the stroller the other day!

5. Enjoying a freeze pop with their buddy Owen on Thursday night.

We finished up a great vacation on the Cape and had a good week to finish up the summer! All my daycare kids return full time on Monday!

1. We spent the last part of our vacation on Cape Cod(post coming soon). My Uncle Steve and I were champions..the third time for both of us!!!

2. Jack & Pete starting a fire in our new pit(this post will also hit the blog).

3.Moments like this is why I love being in daycare! They were all laughing when I captured this moment!!! Makes my heart melt :)

4. On Monday we went over to the Brewer's for an evening swim.

5. Kristen & I spent a lot of time organizing for the daycare this week!

6. Peter figuring out a way to help Jack bike, haha.

7. We had the Walters over for dinner and a campfire on Wednesday night. We all had a great evening!

8. Thursday, we spent a fun morning exploring Fort Williams.

9. We went to the final Thursday Thunder of the season and had Whitney & Nick join us!

10. I am posting this late because we just spent a great night outside by the fire with friends. We are lucky to be blessed with good friends:)
