Menu Plan Monday

What a rainy weekend! It was the perfect weekend to make Ribs n' Rice and boy was it good!!! Even though we had a busy weekend planned and it all got changed, we enjoyed the weekend at home at got a lot done! The addition is now 98% finished! Monday: Roast Chicken
Tuesday: English Muffin Pizza
Wednesday: Fajita Quesadillas
Thursday: Texas Hash
Friday: Takeout :)
