Menu Plan Monday

I am coming into this Monday, exhausted. We had a fun, whirlwind two days down visiting my sister in Massachusetts. So as I write out my menu before the daycare kids arrive, I am feeling pretty uninspired....we're going simple this week! I headed over to my recipe tab to see what I could make easily this week.  I hope you all enjoy the week!

Tuesday: Tacos
Wednesday: Alfredo
Thursday: Tator Tot Casserole
Friday: Takeout :)
