Cinco de Mayo Celebration!

It's the 5th of May again! I always love to celebrate this holiday! This year between having the trip to Kansas, going to camp this weekend, it being on a Sunday and a bridal shower this afternoon,  I threw a little something together quickly! I didn't take many pictures but we all had a good time!
My Mom supplied Sombreros!
We brought out the bouncy house for the kids :)
Mackenna and her sombrero hairclip.
A few of our party guests....

The boys are use to the Cinco de Mayo photoshoot by now!!

iPhoto Friday- Camp Edition

I'm posting on Saturday again...oops :) Since most of the photos I want to share from Kansas are on my iPhone, and I'm going to be doing a separate post, I decided to do a camp edition one! We came up for the first time this year for our annual "Campo de Mayo" weekend!! The boys love being up here. It is always so relaxing up here though no surprise Jack is a busy worker around here! Here our some photos!

Momma Time in Kansas

Hello from Great Bend, Kansas!! Bethany and I came here to visit her sister, her husband Jared and to meet her adorable niece Stella!! In the time I have been here I have read 4 books, watched 3 seasons of The Office, had some happy hours and relaxed, relaxed, relaxed!! I am leaving this morning refreshed and ready to see my 3 guys!! I'll post more about our trip when we get home.

We took the train down to Boston on Friday afternoon, checked into the Long Wharf Marriott and went over the Boston Marathon memorial, very moving.
We then headed over to the Prudential to enjoy some cocktails at The Top of the Hub! Then we meet up with my friend Cristina and her friend Jess for a fun night on the town.
A beautiful view of the city I love.
My first look at Kansas!
We starting talking to them while waiting in Chicago for our flight to Wichita without knowing who they were. They were the nicest group of people, I was talking to them about how  nervous I was flying. We found out they were a family music group, then we found out they were The Henningsens. A country music group who's song, American Beautiful, just cracked the top 20 list! They are going on tour with Brad Paisley this month.
My first trip to Sonic.
Meanwhile.......back at home, the boys have been having a great time! They got to have sleep overs at Grammy & Grampy's and Nonni's. They went out to dinner with Ben & Mackenna, & had a great day with Kristen!
On Monday, Pete took the boys to the Maine Wildlife Park.
Thank God I've got to Face time with them a couple times a day!!!
Last night Pete took them up to spend the night at Nonni's.

iPhoto Friday

I am leaving for my trip this afternoon so I wanted to get this done before my day started. We have had a nice low key week despiste my nervousness I wrote about all week!

1. The boys got to go to the dump with Grampy on Saturday, clearly they were very excited!
2. Another Jack adventure! This time he took a baby powder bottle that was open and squeezed it in his face. We were laughing so hard. He was not.
3. Sunday we went to Waterville for Cameron's birthday.
4. Peter and I took the NEC team bus from Waterville to Westbrook on Sunday so we could spend time with Jill and Ada! It worked out great that they had a game two minutes from where we were!
5.We enjoyed dinner with the Varneys.
6. Both boys experienced their first skinned up knee of spring minutes apart.
7.Kelli and I enjoyed our first redneck patio this year on Wednesday!
8. Pete arrived home from work yesterday with a truck load of mulch. The boys were happy to "help" us out!
