Another great weekend has gone by! We had a great St. Patrick's Day! Gotta celebrate my Murphy side ;) I was bummed to see that Google Reader is shutting down, that is how I have all the blogs I follow organized to read! I have a few posts planned this week,"like" my facebook page and you won't miss a post! Enjoy your week ;)

Tuesday: Sara's Birthday Celebration: Lasagna
Wednesday:Celebrating my Dad's birthday:  Beef Parmesan or Angelone's pizza if he wants, LOL!

iPhoto Friday!

I'm so lacking on the blog lately.. sorry!!! We're just having too much fun!

1. Sunday was beautiful! Peter and I walked to the Wescott's, Auntie was there also and well....we stayed for dinner :) It was the first grill of the year and it was awesome!

2. We went and saw the building action going on next door to Auntie's new house.

3. I watched a new Pope get elected.

4. Jack enjoyed dropping off and picking up Peter and the other kids. I rarely bring him but he always loves to go to school.

5. Last night we made a trip to Cabela's, the boys always love going!

6. One more stop at Auntie's to see the painting going on last night, Peter was sad when his name was painted over, LOL!

Menu Plan Monday

We are coming off a beautiful weekend! We spent almost all of it outside! Spring is on it's way, woo hoo!!!! I am making a simple menu plan this week. Enjoy your week :)

We just had the most relaxing weekend we have had in a long time! Needless to say, I kept meaning to post this on Friday night, then yesterday but I was just enjoying our weekend. Two days away with our friends and beautiful spring weather! I needed this weekend :)

1. Jack & Peter helping Daddy...shock, we got more snow!

2. Having lunch with Grammy, Cameron and the Aunts! 

3. On Sunday, Pete took Peter snow tubing, he loved it!

4. We celebrated Jack's birthday!

5. The grandparents came over for dinner and cake to celebrate :)



6. Cynthia & Katelyn became homeowners!!

7. After lots of late nights during the week, he fell asleep at 9:30 on Thursday. The perks of working from home for my boys :)

Menu Plan Monday

Today is a big day! Our Jack is 2! I'll be writing a post later today to talk about it more. I posted the picture above on my facebook page last night. Jack really enjoyed breakfast cake this morning :) It's a tradition I started when Peter turned 1....what kid wouldn't want cake for breakfast on their birthday! Enjoy your week!

iPhoto Friday!

I feel like I  haven't been into blogging these past two weeks. We've been busy and I am exhausted. I haven't slept well for many reasons including Jack waking one night, and a snowplow cleaning up the road at 4am. I am so glad it's the weekend and I'm ready to relax! Tonight I am off to a USM basketball game with my sister in law and we have nothing else planned. Did you hear that??!!! The Wescott's actually have nothing else planned for the weekend. I love it! Well, Pete is going ice fishing tomorrow morning. I have some things to do down in the daycare to prep for Dr. Seuss week, but relaxing and enjoying each other is my main priority! On Monday, Jack turns 2 and it seems so surreal to me. Time just seems to be flying by! I had that conversation with my sister last week when we went up to celebrate Gwen's 4th birthday......

5. While cooking dinner the other night, all I heard was silence. I got nervous, went to find them, and it made me smile :)

6. Last night we went and grabbed Mackenna at daycare, while Ben & Bethany had an event for her company. The boys always love having her come over. 

7. For Read Across America Day, we got on Google Chat with Nicole and Gwen this morning! They read us a book and all the kids loved it! 

Menu Plan Monday

Another snowstorm hit us yesterday!  10 more inches. We enjoyed the day at home. It was a big day...the Daytona 500! Peter is into obsessed with NASCAR right now. Since it's the biggest race of the year we decided to make it fun. We made food that Peter decided on....hamburger sliders, chips & dip and he requested chocolate milk :) For our menu plan this week, I'm keeping it simple. Enjoy your week :)
