Friday iPhoto Dump..on Saturday!

I usually do my Friday post during naptime when the kids are sleeping. Yesterday, I put the kids down, grabbed the computer, sat down on the couch and turned on the tv. I was shocked and devasted with what I saw. Quickly the blog became unimportant.  The loss of 20 children along with 6 teachers and staff trying to protect them is heartbreaking. I lived in Connecticut after I graduated college. I worked in Fairfield County and went to Newtown many times for my job. I am praying for those families.

1. Christmas came early this year!
 2. We celebrated Violet Walter's 2nd birthday :)
 3. Seriously I could do a post on all the places Peter has fallen asleep.
 4. Sunday we went to Auburn to celebrate Poppi's birthday with The Lesperance fam.
5. Our elf has been enjoying another week at our house :)
6. The boys having a "cheers" for Friday night. Feeling blessed.

Christmas Book Pile

I love reading books about Christmas this time of year. It gets me in the spirit :) Usually the're not too long which makes them an easy read during this busy season! While watching the Christmas movie the other night, Call Me Mrs. Miracle, by Debbie Macomber, I wanted to see what other Christmas books she had written. WOW, did she write quite a few! So I requested some from the library, I'll be busy reading these until Christmas!

All by Debbie Macomber:
Can This Be Christmas?
The Perfect Christmas
Christmas Letters
There's Something About Christmas.
Here Comes Trouble

Some I've read in past years:
The Christmas Box
The Letter
The Christmas List
Skipping Christmas

Have you read any good Christmas books?

Florida - Magic Kingdom

*Lots of pictures* Long Post*
On the Monday we were in Florida, since it was only an hour away, Pete and I decided to take the boys to Disney World!! We had so much fun! We pulled into the Magic Kingdom parking lot and 8am and didn't pull out of it until 8pm! It ended up being a pretty cold day and we did not know that Thanksgiving week is one of the busiest weeks of the year! The boys were so great that day and it was a magical family day :)

It was already decorated for Christmas :)
Our first ride was Winne the Pooh!
Peter LOVED the Barnstormer roller coaster so we each took him on!
Pete & Peter on the Buzz Lightyear ride!
Oh No! Zurg got us :)
In line to see Sully & Mike!
The boys We all loved seeing the characters!
Riding Magic Carpets
On the Jungle Cruise, Jack fell asleep :)
Since it wasn't going to be a great beach day, Laura and her family ended up coming shortly after us! We met up with them and went on Pirates of the Caribbean together!
Snack time in front of Splash Mountain.
Jack and I waiting for the parade to begin!
The parade was great!
The boys got many high fives from the characters!
I loved seeing Cinderella :)
We ran into Dylan & Lola again!
Jack getting in another quick nap :)
One of the best parts of the day for the boys was meeting Woody & Jessie!
When someone would yell "Andy is coming!' They would fall down, Peter loved it!
Another family favorite, It's A Small World!
Our last ride of the night was the Carousel!
We got to enjoy the seeing the Castle all lite up!
Because I didn't have enough, LOL, I had to get a few more of the boys before we got on the monorail!
It was a wonderful, memory making, day!
