Catch The Moment: Week Four

This week has been a tough one. For the first time in 4 years, I got sick :/

1/25- First picture of the Wescott/Siemen kids with Dakota in it!

                   

1/26 -  Went to Maine Indoor Karting to check it our for boys birthday parties

                 

1/27- Jack got a little stomach bug and was down & out but only for the day luckily

               

1/28- Cold weather has been keeping us in a lot.. trying to keep active!

                    

1/29- My turn to not feel well and Jack kept me company

               

1/30- My mom made me soup, only thing I ate for two days

                 

1/31-Daddy went clamming and brought home plenty to make clam cakes

                          

 

 

 

Catch the Moment: Week Three

 

 

1/18 - Helping my SIL & MIL insulate the crawl space at Cynthia's house.

                

1/19- Went ice fishing and I used the hubs new auger! 

              

1/20- Got to spend some time with Auntie Cole and the girls! 

              

1/21- Jack started preschool! 

                    

1/22- We dined at JP's with our friends Nick & Kati

              

1/23- Parachute fun with the daycare kids

              

1/24- Went to Mister Bagel to get daycare admin stuff done

               

Jack's First Day!

This happened yesterday...

              

Yes, Jack started school. If it makes you teary eyed, don't worry. It made me teary eyed just writing it.  Before he was potty trained he kept asking to go to school with Peter. I told him when he used the potty he could go! Well guess who remembered! So two weeks into potty training and him asking, I told him he could go, he was so excited! Then yesterday morning came and he didn't want to go. I convinced him to get in the car, off we went!

                                  

Once we got into his classroom he started playing with the other kids.

He had some tears but overall did really good! After I left his class, I got into the car and cried. I just can't believe he has grown up so much! He is excited to go to school tomorrow, it's pajama day!



Menu Plan Monday

There is nothing better then hearing your husband's alarm go off for work, I start to realize I only have a few more minutes, then realize I have the day off....ahh, great feeling. With a trip to the Children's Muesum, a basketball game and some shopping at Trader Joe's, I have a nice little day off planned ;) We have a visit to our favorite restaurant planned as well as bringing dinner up to our best friends who just welcomed their second baby girl! Enjoy your week

Monday: Chicken Marsala
Tuesday: Meatball Subs
Wednesday:  Out to JP's Restaurant!
Thursday: Pete's famous Shepard's Pie @ Ben & Bethany's
Friday: Chicken Stir Fry

Week 2 complete!!

Day 11 - Power went out at Nonni & Poppi's and the boys thought it was a blast! 

            

Day 12 - After a birthday party at the Children's Muesum, we enjoyed a family lunch at Flatbread. 

           

Day 13 - I got to enjoy lunch with my boys :)



                  

Day 14 - Decided it was time I start working out!





               

Day 15 - Jack playing hockey in Nonni's heels.

             

Day 16 - Peter wanted to "shave" before we headed out to celebrate Grampy's birthday.

                              

Day 17 - Boy took a trip to Toys R' Us with Nonni to celebrate Jack now using the potty!

Menu Plan Monday

It's back. It's finally back. I just haven't been able to get into blogging for quite a while. We had a great weekend and I got to shop and plan for the weekend yesterday! It's going to be a slow week, something we need :) Enjoy your week!

Catch the Moment: Week 1

It's the first week! I have joined group of other bloggers who are participating in a photo a day for the year, Catch the Moment! I'm looking forward to blogging about this each week! Since the first day of the year started on a Wednesday, I have 9 photos this week.

                  

Day 1 - Starting 2014 off with silliness!

Coming back!

I'm coming back!! I have been away for too long! Blogging took a serious backseat the last couple months, I have missed it and it's time to get back on track with it! Menu Plan Monday will be back and I am also doing Project 365 with some other bloggers! I did the iPhoto  Friday last year so I am thinking I can pull this off!!! Cheers to 2014!
