Menu Plan.... Tuesday?

What a week! I had yesterday off and forgot to get my menu plan on. Though I am not sure this is really a menu plan. Its a very busy and basic week!

Monday: Chicken & guac /chips

Tuesday: Burgers, salad & chips

Wednesday: Tacos

Thurday: Hosting a party, will eat something quick!

Friday: Dinner @ The Kahn's!

Wow! The last few weeks have been so busy! I didn't even do a menu plan last week! I will be posting about Easter and Peter's 1st birthday tonight, but will be back dating them for the days they were on, so you'll have to look back to look at them! Last night we had a surprise 30th anniversary party for my in-laws. Great time had by all, the were so surprised!!! Luckily we are having a pretty calm week :)

Sunday: Chicken Parm

Monday: Homemade Steak & Cheese Sandwiches

Tuesday: Out to dinner to Kon Asian Bistro for our friend Ben's 30th bday

Wednesday: Angelone Pizza

Thursday: Roast Chicken, Stuffing & Green Beans

Happy Birthday Buna!!!

Happy Birthday Buna!!! Where has the year gone? We had beautiful weather for his Mickey Mouse Clubhouse themed birthday party! Good thing since we had such a small house! We had about 30 of our friends and family over to celebrate. We grilled hamburgers ,hot dogs and served pasta salad, tossed salad and chips. He got many gifts that he loves including a Tonka truck, Mickey Mouse ride on, books, puzzles, clothes and lots of goodies! We are very lucky to have such great family and friends! Looking forward to watching him grow and learn this year!
