After a long weekend spent with my Dad at Maine Med, menu planning was the last thing on my mind last night. When I stopped at the grocery store last night on my way home I grabbed at rotisserie chicken, best decision. It was super easy to heat up in the oven and eat before I headed back into the hospital tonight. I am keeping it super easy this week.
Monday: Rotisserie Chicken
Tuesday: Clean out the freezer
Wednesday: Vodka Penne
Thursday: Chicken Fajita Quesadillas
Friday: Take out :)
