Monday has come back! What a weekend.... Pete worked 6-6 both days due to the flood, I left the house at 8am on Saturday morning and didn't get back until 6:15 that night! I still have this cold that I can't get rid of and my best friend Cristina's Mom passed away this weekend. She was a wonderful women who always glowed when she talked about Cristina. She will be very missed.
Sunday: Chili
Monday: Steak tips, salad & veggies
Tuesday: Chicken Marsala
Wednesday: will be down in MA for a funeral
Thursday: Spicy Orange Beef and Baked Brown Rice
Friday: Pizza night! Pete and I have decided to have every Friday pizza night. we get take out or make it ourselves, it's our new tradition
