I feel like I haven't shared a recipe in a long time. We're adding this to our menu rotation! Pete found this in the
American Profile magazine, that comes in our local paper on Thursdays. It was so good and extremely easy to make!
Korean Grilled Beef

Marinade:
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup mirin(sweet rice wine)
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh ginger
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
Beef:
2 pounds rib eye or flank steaks, 1 inch think
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare marinade, combine all ingredients and mix well in zip loc bag. Add beef and refrigerate
2 to 24 hours.
2. Heat grill. Remove beef from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. When grill is hot, place beef on grill rack. Cook 3 to 4 minutes total, until desired doneness is
reached. Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
We enjoyed our beef with asparagus & rice.
