Memories

This weekend I have been watching Ethan & Isaac, while Ben, Emily & Evie are in South Carolina at a wedding. It has been a fun, extremly busy weekend.... I will post about it later. I am at the Kahn's house tonight because their flight gets in late and I found these photos. It was the day we got Bela and a few days before we bought our house, they were taken at the end of August 2007!!!!

Menu Plan Monday

Following along with the orgjunkie here is our meal plan for the week:

Mon: Shephards Pie & Salad

Tue: Salsa Chicken & Brown Rice

Wed: Dinner at my Mom's

Thur: Beef Parmesan(AKA Meatloaf), Green Beans & Garlic Bread

Fri: Out to dinner with Ethan & Issac!

I love meal planning!

At his first Portland Pirates game! We went with all the Wescott's and had a great time. We started at Binga's Staduim where the wings were awesome!!! I think wings are my favorite food! We then headed over to the Civic Center where the Pirates played the Lowell Devils. The game started at 7 and Peter did awsome!! We stayed until 9, into the third period.

Also, as you can see I sent this from my phone, wasn't sure I could do that after I lost my blackberry, happy to find out that I can.

Organizing Mission

I am on a organzing mission!!! Living in a small house, and running a business out of it, it has to be clean and organzied at all times. How do I do it? I have found two great websited to help!

They have great ideas and helpful tips! I been doing the daily 7 from TTJ for almost two weeks now and what a differance it makes! Here is what I do every day:

Number 1: Make Beds Right Away
Number 2: Do One Complete Load of Laundry
Number 3: Empty the Recyling into Can Outside
Number 4: Keep Your Kitchen Sink Empty
Number 5: Clean Up After Yourself and Help Family Do the Same
Number 6: Bathroom Wipe-Down
Number 7: Before Bed 10-Minute Clean Up

Another great organizing and money saving tool is menu planning. I have been planning for a couple months and I really think it helps save money. I get ideas from other food blogs that I follow and on Menu Plan Monday Posts from the people that participate . I plan my weekly meals on Sunday, and do the shopping for the week. I will post my menu every Monday.


Another great motivating and organizing tip, I will be doing this for our bedroom, it really needs help! Can't wait to start this!

Babies & Bitches Weekend

Cheers to Babies & Bitches Weekend!! My sisters and I started a new tradition. Just the sisters and the kids for a weekend. It was great! On Saturday morning Nicole and Gwen picked up us and we roadtriped down to Laura's new place in Abington. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend. Saturday night was Italian night..... Lasangna, meatballs, salad and garlic bread. Sunday night was asian flare.... Fried Rice, Chicken Sate w/ peanut sauce, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Sesame noodles. Lots of good food all weekend! We have a fabulous time, can't wait to do it again next year!
