Menu Plan Monday

Another weekend gone by.... An easy week ahead of us. We are having friends over on Tuesday for an early St. Patrick's Day celebration! I am also loking forward to a weekend of birthday celebrations for friends! Have a great week everyone!



Monday: Steak, baked potato & veggies

Tuesday: St.(hamburger) Patties & beer!

Wednesday: Parmesan Chicken Bites, rice & salad

Thursday:American Chop Suey & salad

Friday: Chicken Alfredo Pizza

A Fun Visit!

I had a wonderful visit yesterday afternoon with Isaac & Evelyn with their nanny Lori. They stopped by for lunch and a playdate. It is always great chatting with Lori and seeing the kids. Issac was very excited to be back at my house. We plan to get together again soon!

Munchkin Mania

We're bad parents! On Sunday morning Pete went to Dunkin Donuts to get a coffee, and came back with a box of munchkins. We each had a couple and gave one to Peter. Then while sitting on the coach, he discovered the box and we let him have it! We took a ton of photos because we thought it was so cute... here are a couple of them........

Menu Plan Monday

With the craziness of last week, I had two meals planned that I am carrying over to this week. I just noticed, we are having lots of red meat this week so we will have more chicken next week!

Sunday: Ribs (they were so good!)

Monday: Steak & Salad

Tuesday: Simple Pan Fried Pork Chops

Wednesday: Chicken Marsala and Mushroom Risotto

Thursday: Spicy Orange Beef and Baked Brown Rice

Friday: Pizza Night!

Happy Birthday Cristina!!!

My bestie Cristina is celebrating her birthday today. Not sure if I should use the word celebrating with the kind of week it has been for her. Yesterday was her mother's funeral and I know today will be a bit hard for her..... RIP Marta, you will be very missed. At least today I hope she knows how loved she is by many people including me! Happy Birthday Cristina, I love you!

11 Months Old!

We are almost to a year old...... I am in disbelief! Today my little man is 11 months old! He is changing everyday! He loves to clap and tries to dance when he hears music. Yesterday we were in his room when Pete came home. I left his room to talk to Pete and when I came back into the room this is what I found....


It is now a favorite activity of his! Usually I catch it before it has gotten this far! He makes me laugh everyday!
