Menu Plan Monday

Wow! The last few weeks have been so busy! I didn't even do a menu plan last week! I will be posting about Easter and Peter's 1st birthday tonight, but will be back dating them for the days they were on, so you'll have to look back to look at them! Last night we had a surprise 30th anniversary party for my in-laws. Great time had by all, the were so surprised!!! Luckily we are having a pretty calm week :)

Sunday: Chicken Parm

Monday: Homemade Steak & Cheese Sandwiches

Tuesday: Out to dinner to Kon Asian Bistro for our friend Ben's 30th bday

Wednesday: Angelone Pizza

Thursday: Roast Chicken, Stuffing & Green Beans

Friday: Pizza :)
